Pictures have arrived!

Hey everyone, Brooklyn was moved off the cadillac of ventilators and put on the next step up on ventilator. She's on 28% O2 now and she's doing pretty well. She's under the blue lights for her jaundice so please excuse the blueness of the pictures. Also she is sporting the newest in fashion wear with her black sunglasses! I'm recovering well and will get my epidural out tomorrow so if need be I can take sleeping pills!!! Ok so on with the pictures....

What a beautiful tiny miracle! Thank you to our Heavenly Father for modern medicine! Brooklyn is in our prayers!

She's so cute...even under all that stuff. Miracles do happen...I firmly believe that and I know you do to. I love the name too.

You don't know me, but your little miracle girl is in my prayers. I know what it's like to have a newborn in the NICU, and my heart goes out to you.

Wow! That's a lot of progress for such a tiny girl!

I think you guys have a lot of reason to be hopeful, Tracy. There are a lot of stories out there about very happy and healthy kids born at 24-weeks these days! I hope Brooklyn is one of them.

Also - I would like for you to bottle your calm and send some to me, please. You deserve some sort of award for "Upbeatness in the face of diversity" or something!

So cute! I know it's not all a bed of roses for you right now, but hands down, you do have the cutest little babies ever.

Being that I'm an L&D nurse and have seen many times what you are going through, I will say that I am so sorry that she decided to come early, my thoughts and prayers are with you. But, miracles do happen! Girl babies are better fighters than boy babies, so that's a plus!

She's adorable, even with the bili-lights! :)

Good luck and Congratulations,

I was so sorry to hear about your super early delivery. After spending many weeks in the NICU with Amy's babies I know how hard and scary it can be, as you well know. This is one area I am sure you did not want so much experience in! You have our love and prayers.
